The place was clean, and the sauna area was nice. Three of the eight saunas were closed, and we weren't told when we bought our tickets. Some are quite small, though the mint tea was a nice touch. The restaurant was closed, and I missed having seats where you can dry your hair. We were disappointed by how little was open indoors for the winter season: one main pool that also extends outside, plus a kids' pool and a jacuzzi upstairs. Two other pools, a mini Olympic pool and a hotter jacuzzi, were literally outside and too cold to walk to in cold weather. The summer section looked intriguing, though small, and I imagine it gets crowded quickly. When we arrived, nothing else was open, not even the indoor slide that could have been running. Parking was free but very limited. We got the last space even though it wasn't crowded inside. I'm not sure if there's any parking apart from the lot out front. We wouldn't return, maybe someday in summer.

With more than two hundred visitors at the pool yesterday, the five changing rooms were nowhere near enough. Some of us had to change in one of the three women's toilet cubicles. Such a shame they haven't added more changing facilities for patrons.

I didn't stay at the hotel, so it may be good. But this place promotes itself as thermal baths, and the water was much too cold for a thermal spa. They say it's around 30°C, but it felt below 25°C when I visited. That's unacceptable for a thermal bath. If you call yourselves a spa hotel or water park, I wouldn't complain, but this isn't a thermal spa.

We got a free wine tasting and chestnuts, which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room, pool area and saunas were clean. Breakfast and dinner were both tasty, with plenty of choices. Everything was great!

The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel was quite okay. The SPA area is good, though the outdoor slides were shut for winter.
