The food was outstanding, especially the best hotel omelet I've ever had, and the lunches and dinners were excellent too. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful, and the location is peaceful with a stream running just below the hotel. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. As a tour guide with 22 years of experience, I was truly impressed by Hiša Janko. The thermal spa and wellness are a 5 minute walk away, with lovely walking and cycling trails nearby. A hidden gem in Slovenia, highly recommended!

We stopped here for the first time on our way back from the seaside and had a wonderful experience. The pizzas were excellent, and we'll definitely return to try other dishes. The owner pays close attention to ingredients and details, while the staff are dedicated, smiling, and quick. It was lovely to see the friendly waitress and chef working so well together through the window. Every smile counts.

We had four wonderful days and nights at Hisa Janko. Nezka greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile, the room was excellent with a lovely view, and the restaurant team took care with every detail at breakfast and dinner. Dolenjske Toplice needed a place bringing fresh air and so much warmth. Thank you to the whole team. We'll certainly be back soon. Hvala Lepa
