My children would rather stay at the hotel than go out, especially because they love music and playing drums and guitar. The owners are friendly, supportive, and always smiling. The rooms are simple but have what you need. You can walk to the city centre or the beach, and it’s a good base for visiting the entire coast. We’ll definitely come back in the future. There are instruments in the common area if you fancy a jam, and you can scan the QR code on your room door to hear music by the band featured in its decor. The rock and roll theme is carried through the detailed room decorations and hallway graffiti. We loved the hospitality, breakfast, cleanliness, space, and amenities. It’s an amazing hidden five-star gem. The centre is an easy ten-minute walk, with plenty of good places to eat along the way.

The hosts are so welcoming, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped. It’s around a ten-minute walk to the beach, and there’s a supermarket right across the street. Highly recommend!

Izola is a lovely place to visit. There’s a free taxibus that takes you around, whether you want to eat, wander around the city, or go swimming. We ended up at Edis Art Rock Residence in late summer 2022 by chance, after our car broke down on the way home, and we were so lucky to find it. Edi and the receptionists helped us a lot and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is unique, and you can feel at ease there. The kids could enjoy the instruments and the trampoline too.
