The setting is great for tracking, and the owner is lovely, especially if you want to try some local wine and cognac. We also ate really well: gnochi, esparagus, and wine.

The accommodation is modern, clean, and spacious, and the local produce is presented nicely at a very reasonable price. I think this palce is fabulous. Fully recommended. Why only 3 stars?

We arrived for our booking on August 9-10, 2024, only to find there were no rooms available because, apparently, the hotel administration had mixed something up. We had to scramble that evening to find another hotel, eventually going a long way to get one. Nobody reimbursed our costs. The hotel administration's response later made things worse: they either don't remember what happened or are lying. It was a very bad experience, and their handling of it was disgusting.

They've been making wine for generations, and the family were a pleasure to stay with. The finest pasta with beaf tagliata and mushrooms, along with beautiful white wine, made the visit especially enjoyable. Totally recommend.

The family clearly keeps improving the place, and you can feel how much care they put into it. The rooms are clean and inexpensive, the owners are helpful, and the food is excellent. They also make their own wine, liqueur, olive oil, and ham. We'll definitely stay again when we're back in the area.
