We went on a friend's recommendation and left very disappointed. The mixed fish tasted terrible, and the panna cotta had a plastic-like taste instead of seeming fresh and homemade. Service was awful too: the waiter hardly came by, and when he did, he seemed eager to leave. Even though we stayed for coffee and dessert, the table wasn't properly cleared after the main course. I wouldn't repeat or recommend the experience.

The room was fine, and the view was amazing. The staff were lovely and the service very good; breakfast was good too. The restaurant has good dishes and wines at pretty fair prices. Try the olive oil with fresh bread at breakfast. There’s also a casino where you can spend some time :)

The staff were friendly and spoke several languages, which made things easy for tourists. We ate here twice during our five-day Slovenia vacation, and it was the best food we had on the trip. On our first visit, the grilled squid and octopus were amazing. On the last day, we shared the fish plate for two, a generous seafood mix for 38 euros. It was more than enough, but so delicious we couldn't leave any behind. We definitely recommend eating here at least once.

Mario the waiter took great care of us, and the chef made wonderful, tasty dishes. The food, the view, and the atmosphere were all great. We’ve never experienced such hospitality at a restaurant, and we’re grateful to them both.
