Andreja made us feel welcome and shared really useful ideas for places to see, food to try, and routes around Brda. The room at Al Di La was clean, comfortable, and lovely, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the region. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The owner was so helpful and even showed us around town. Our room felt modern and was clean, and we had a great stay.

Breakfast was a treat, with local choices and Italian-style coffee served in the wine cellar. The owners were kind and glad to help, and the rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable. We stayed one night in August in a beautiful house that mixes Brda’s traditional architecture with modern touches and lots of art. The restaurant next door can be a little noisy until 11 pm, but after that it gets very quiet and we slept well. I’d love to return.

Ms. Alenka was friendly, flexible, and full of helpful information while arranging our booking. We felt very well looked after at this fantastic place in the heart of Goriška Brda. Thanks for the hospitality, we’ll be back!

We loved the breakfast, which was included, and the apartment had been beautifully updated. It’s in a fantastic spot in the old part of Smartno, with wineries and restaurants easy to reach. Highly recommended.
