The hospitality made this feel more like a visit to a close relative’s home than a hotel. We were welcomed so warmly, and breakfast had a wide, satisfying selection. The room was exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable, in a peaceful, convenient spot near the ski area and within walking distance of the town center. Kranjska Gora is a beautiful alpine village, and this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again when we return.

The rooms have breathtaking views of the Julian Alps, and the accommodation, location, morning buffet and service all exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

We visited in mid-November, the quietest season of the year, and were the only customers that night. The staff still made us a wonderful breakfast just for us. Reception were kind and gave us suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Our room was lovely and clean, with a view of the snowy mountains from the balcony. There was free parking with electric charging. I recommend it.

Our Christmas here felt magical. The room was amazingly clean, the breakfast delicious, and the staff very kind and helpful. It was warm and cozy, and the location was perfect. One of our best experiences, everything was just perfetto.

This is a lovely family-run hotel, just a five-minute walk from the town centre. We stayed four nights and were so glad we did. They knew it was our honeymoon and offered us something really nice, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations. Laundry was reasonably priced too, 20 euros for a drum load. We’d definitely return when we visit Kranjska Gora again. It’s such a beautiful town, with kind and generous people.
