The apartments look great and are comfortable, but the service needs work. We handed over dirty towels and other things to be cleaned or replaced, and got none of them back, clean or substituted. The shower has no raised edge, so water spreads everywhere and leaves almost the whole floor wet. We asked for a bucket and mop to deal with it, but were given a broom that wasn't useful. If they improve the service, I can easily see this becoming one of the best apartments in Kranjska Gora.

The owners were friendly and well organized, and the place was clean. It’s a great base for ski slopes, walks and sights around Kranjska Gora, while still being away from the noise. We’ll be back!

Nicely decorated, clean apartment, and a nice place to stay. The only drawback was a really bad smell from the toilet.
