We didn't stay at the hotel, just used the SPA. The pool was in good condition, with a lifeguard, a jacuzzi, and a small kids' area with slides. You can get a day pass or a 3 h pass for the pool. The sauna costs extra and isn't connected to the pool.

We absolutely loved our week here. The location in Kranjska Gora is the best, and the price was reasonable. Our room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the facilities were great. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

The location is the only real advantage. The hotel is extremely average and costs far more than it's worth. They say reception has to approve it if you ask for a bottle of water, and using the bathrobe in your room costs 5 euros.

The mountain view and the hotel's location made it easy to visit beautiful places nearby, and the receptionist gave us lots of interesting suggestions. The rooms were nice, the beds very comfortable, and everything stayed clean during our visit. We also liked the food. At the pool, though, some of the water installations weren't working, and the poolside bistro bar was closed in summer. If you stay at the pool all day, you can't buy food there, so you have to bring your own or get dressed and eat outside the hotel. Breakfast rules also don't allow you to make sandwiches to take away.

At more than 200€ a night, this was a joke, and the worst four-star hotel we've stayed at in Slovenia. The pool was the only nice part, but you have to pay extra for bathrobes and pool towels, which I've never seen at a four-star hotel. The rooms seem untouched since the 70s, and the shower leaked so badly that the tiny bathroom flooded. We asked five times for a baby cot and finally got one about 1m long, too small for our 2-year-old, yet we were charged 10€ for it. There's no AC, and with 32 degrees outside the room was terribly hot. The room facilities and service were worse than at a two-star hotel. I don't know how this place got four stars. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
