We stayed here for three days with our two kids, and the spa area was very nice. The apartment was modern, with quality materials, and the service was great despite there being very little contact. It felt like a place that deserved more than 4 stars. The location is great, close to the centre. Two things bothered us, though the owner may not be able to control them. Smoke from a nearby restaurant was right outside, not inside the house. The whole village smelled of grilling much of the time. Maybe many people like that, but it was a bit much for us. We also had a street-side apartment, and traffic noise may bother you depending on what you're used to. I'm a very light sleeper and cars woke me quite early. Aside from that, the best place in Kranjska Gora!

The owners were warm, friendly and always available when we had questions. They made us feel at home throughout our six-night September stay at Vila Pavlina. We booked two apartments, both spotlessly clean, very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Everything we needed in the mountain village was a short walk away, and the view of the slopes was breathtaking. We had a fantastic time and made memories we'll hold on to. We're eager to return, and I can't recommend it enough for a memorable mountain getaway.

The garage directly beneath the chalet made unloading luggage and gear easy, with direct access to the building. That was especially handy for anyone travelling with young children or older guests who might have mobility issues. The place is right beside the ski slopes, a real convenience for skiers, and just a two-minute walk from the town centre's shops, restaurants and cafes. There are hiking and biking trails nearby too, and the team said a fleet of bikes and e-bikes would be available from summer 23' onwards. My five unforgettable nights at Vila Pavlina in Kranjsa Gora were an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed, with cozy beds that made it easy to sleep after a day on the slopes. The mix of modern and traditional décor felt warm and relaxing. I also loved the spa: the jacuzzi was great for sore muscles, and there's a sauna and a range of other wellness treatments. The facilities and welcoming team exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it for a luxurious, convenient ski trip. I can't wait to return in summer. The locals assured me nothing beats sunny weather and 25 degrees in the Alps!

We had an amazing two-night stay at Vila Pavlina. The view of the slopes was amazing, and the centre was just a three-minute walk away. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to cook a great meal.
