The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life, plus a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment was pretty and clean. The building is very close to others, so you can enjoy the views of the beautiful hills only from the upper floor. It’s about 100 m from the centre of the small village of Rateče.

This was my second time here, and I’ll definitely return. It’s a great place for a mountain getaway in winter or summer, with incredibly kind hosts and well-equipped apartments. Everything is close by, and the village centre is peaceful and quiet. The views from the window are incredible, especially if you book an apartment on the top floor. I highly recommend it :)

I have very fond memories of the stay and recommend the place. The owner was excellent to communicate with, and the key labeling system and arrival information were clear, carefully thought out, and effective. The spacious, attractive rooms were well maintained, and everything promised was there, in good quality and working well: internet, TV, stove, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The neighborhood is densely built. From downstairs, you’ll only see the neighboring house’s wall, while the upstairs room has a balcony facing the mountains. I spent a lot of time there enjoying the night panorama. The building itself is clean and well maintained. If a garden, lawn, deck chairs, and children’s playground are essential to your vacation, this isn’t the place for you.
