Vila Veselova Hostel

We arrived on Friday night and had received no check-in information. We were left outside waiting for you to send the link to pay the accommodation fee, which you said would arrive on the day we got there. Where were you until 8pm???????????? After paying, we stood outside in the cold again for more than 10 minutes, waiting for the check-in instructions. Inside, I asked a family with kids how their stay at this hostel was, after seeing the awful reviews. They called it “a horror house” and said there was no one to contact about the heating problem and no hot water in the shower. It was less than -3 degrees at night!!!!!! A group of young people who arrived a few minutes before us told me the same thing: no hot water or room heating, and they hadn’t got an answer through the booking app. Is it legal to let people sleep like this in winter and not care, without even considering compensation or a refund??????? You are CRAZY people, I’m sorry. The moment we got into our room there was a heavy smell of mold and wetness, water stains on the wall, and a bug above our bed. I didn’t even get closer to identify what kind it was, since I already know you have bed bugs!!!!!!! That was enough for me. The whole place is falling apart and looks neglected, not fit for people to pay their MONEY to stay there. It’s a crime to take money from people looking for an affordable, decent place to spend their vacation and not care for the property as you should!!!!!! We didn’t feel safe and had no one to talk to who would take our requests seriously. We took our things and left because we wanted to continue our trip healthy, not end up in hospital from hypothermia or an infection or allergic reaction to bed bugs. You don’t care and think people will accept this and risk their lives. This is severe and illegal, and needs further treatment by external factors. If I have to keep complaining wherever I need to until I get my money back, so be it!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
