A nice spot to stay.

We paid in full for a reservation through Expedia, then they canceled it without giving a reason just two weeks before our trip. That's completely unacceptable. We had to rush around to find somewhere else, and it cost a lot more. Based on how they treated us, I'd avoid this place.

The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. Our rooms were clean and had what we needed as active travelers. Meals felt home-cooked, with local ingredients, and it was wonderfully peaceful and quiet.

The stone fireplace and all the wood inside the apartments make them feel especially warm. The houses, with their wooden upper parts and stone basements, have a lovely all-season feel. There's a beautiful view of Maribor, and nearby you can find a ski resort with a cable car, an adrenaline park, and places to cycle or walk.
