Breakfast was included, German style, and good quality. We also found the shower worked great. Our room had air conditioning, a large balcony, and a decent sized bathroom, along with a desk, wardrobe, two chairs, and a nightstand. There was one single bed and one double. The beds weren’t great, but were about as good as any bed. We stayed in room 2, which I believe is closest to the road, and the cars were rather noisy at night. A 21:45 late check-in was no problem. For its price range, it’s a great hotel, and I’d recommend it for a stop during a road trip through Europe.

I spent two weeks here with my football club during preparations. The rooms are modest, and they only serve breakfast, but they work with a restaurant that feels almost like part of the hotel and serves excellent lunch and dinner. The owners and staff are extremely nice.

There were plenty of positives, including a nice room, good breakfast, ski storage, and parking. The big problem was the cold. We seemed to be the first guests after the hotel had been empty for a while, with no heat on. It took two days for the room to reach a livable temperature.

I paid in full for a room I booked that same day through Booking. I was travelling from Ukraine and couldn't predict the delay at the Hungarian border, where we were held for a couple of hours because their database was down. I entered an arrival time of 00:00-1:00 on Booking, but the hotel didn't respond. I emailed and called, with no answer. Three hours later, when I was already on my way there, I got a message saying they'd cancelled my check-in time. They still didn't answer when I called. My friends in Italy managed to reach them and explain what had happened. They were told nothing could be done until 10 pm. I asked for the booking to be cancelled and my money refunded because I hadn't received the service I'd paid for. They said they couldn't help, then hung up. I couldn't reach them after that. I contacted the booking agent, who wrote to the hotel about the refund, but the hotel ignored the message. They replied only 28 hours later, the next day, saying there'd be no refund because cancellations had to be made three days before arrival. I had booked on the very day I was supposed to check in, so I asked how that could apply. The ori answered that they had no such experience and said goodbye. Because of what I see as their negligence and terrible treatment of guests, I had to sleep in my car. They had my money but didn't accommodate me, and I didn't get a refund for the 120€ room. I wouldn't recommend staying there. I'd choose a nearby hotel where I could get a room without all this trouble.
