I slept well, had a great time in the pool, and could rent an e-bike to explore the village. A perfect place for a break.

Our hosts were very nice, and breakfast had a great selection of local food. We were lucky enough to get the free kostanj piknik too.

The people here are kind, and the area is lovely, but the rooms have some real problems. The beds are so hard I could feel the metal springs, and the pillows belong in the trash. The kitchenette is badly laid out too, you have to crouch just to turn on the tap. The rooms need more attention to the details, more comfortable beds, and fewer white LED lights. I stayed here a few years back when it was new, cozy, and reasonably priced, despite a few rough edges. Since then, there seems to have been little investment, while the price has more than doubled. The location is excellent, with lots of sightseeing, relaxing, and activity options nearby. There’s a large parking area with a filling station, and the grounds are very nice. There was no mention of PCT rules, nobody checked, and I saw no employees in the office wearing masks. Weddings get loud and carry on late into the night, as though nobody reminds the guests that other people are staying in the house. They take up all the parking, leaving guests to park on the road.

It’s a peaceful spot, but a long way from the centre if you don’t have a car. I didn’t like the food.
