The host, Joze, knows the cycling routes around here and across much of Slovenia inside out. He’s a keen cyclist and cycling fan, and we could keep our bikes safely in a garage. We’re from Canada and the U.S., and stayed four nights while cycling through Italy, Croatia, and Slovenia. This was a great place to stop and ride unloaded for a few days. The apartment was spacious and quiet, with a separate bedroom, living area, kitchenette, a pull-out bed, and a little balcony where we enjoyed coffee. It wasn’t fancy, but it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had the dishes, pans, and other basics we needed to cook, and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a very happy week at Ravbar, thanks to Jože, who hosted the apartment. Our double room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a bottle of excellent red wine from Jože's winery. We ride bikes, and Jože helped us find great routes around beautiful Novo Mesto. He also arranged very affordable e-bike rental. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Our host really went the extra mile to make the trip special. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and wonderful. They helped us figure out the best places to travel and bike, and even helped repair our bikes in the in-house shop. Highly recommended!
