Good prices, breakfast included, and a calm, well-located place. I appreciated the manager!

The staff were very friendly. The rooms are quiet and have a small terrace, and there’s a larger hotel terrace where you can have breakfast or a drink while looking out over the hilltops and river. A nice spot to unwind on holiday or during a work stay.

That onion soup is one of the best I’ve had, and the dumplings are practically a main course on their own. Definitely visit the restaurant. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the balcony had a view. It’s a quiet place, with a lovely garden to relax in or let the kids play. Wi-Fi worked well, and the friendly staff were helpful. There’s free parking, and the old castle, river, and golf course are a short drive away. Book at Vila Otocec. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

A very nice hotel up in the hills of Otocec, with a pleasant view of the river Krka. Prices are reasonable, and the pizza and wine selection are very good. Malza, the special of the day, is available at lunchtime on weekdays, but you have to ask for it.
