The hotel is closed and seems to be operating as an office or headquarters for Terme Krka. The managers still seem stuck in socialist times and don't care about customers or complaints. That's based on my own experience: I visited, asked them to call me, and sent several emails to mr.Berus - General manager. They just don't care...

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. But I stayed one night and had to go get towels and shower gel or soap myself because none had been left in the room. At 04 AM, vacuuming woke me up early.

The breakfast has lots of delicious choices, and the rooms are clean. The hotel's interior is unique and it's in a great location near the center of the old town. Still, for a 4* hotel, I expected the rooms to be nicer.

The location is good, and there's A.C. and private parking, but the rooms are cramped, European sized. It's extremely expensive: the desk quoted €60, but the bill came to €171, charging more per person than most rooms should cost altogether. I'd recommend avoiding this place.

A small, nice hotel with kind service, and mostly clean. The food was disappointing and quite tasteless, especially in the evening. Dinner also doesn't include even tap water in the price.
