Our small apartment wasn't spacious, but it had all the basics for a few days on the Adriatic: a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, toilet and shower. It was very clean and ideally placed, just steps from the Morski Park thermal baths and beside the Bernardin marina. Luka was very helpful, too. The weather was absolutely terrible, but we still enjoyed relaxing time at the baths and by the sea, along with plenty of beautiful hikes!

The apartment was affordable, clean, and pleasantly cool, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Luka was a very nice landlord, spoke good English, and did his best to make us feel welcome. Shops, cafes, and the beach are just around the corner, and Piran and Portorož are each about a 20-minute walk away. You can't drive right up to the apartment, but there's a nearby lot where parking costs €5 a day. Luka has an arrangement with the operator, so it's a bit cheaper than the usual €10. Finding the apartment wasn't easy: it's partway up the steps between the church and the square. There are a few steps to climb, and live music in the square on weekends can be noisy until 11 pm, so bring earplugs. Everything else we needed was there, except a hairdryer and coffee maker. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

A quiet setting, very clean, and in a great location for getting to activities. The swimming beach is a five-minute walk away. Mr. Luka is very friendly and always available if you need help with a problem.
