Our stay was disappointing, and we cut it short, partly because the neighbors were noisy. The apartment was in Apartment Matija, a complex of several low-rise buildings opposite the Ptuj thermal spa. Ours was a 2+1 unit with a tiny kitchen and limited equipment, without even a kettle or anything for making coffee. On arrival there was a rotting-meat smell, but we couldn't find where it came from. There were only towels, no bath towels. The furnishings were old, with damage in places, and cleaning seemed neglected: the bathroom sink and shower drains were blocked, and the kitchen and dishes were dirty. Parking was right beside the house.

All praise 👍 The owner is very friendly, and the accommodation is clean...

We had a great time! The apartment was beautiful, large, and modernly decorated.

I didn't visit the city.
