We got such a warm welcome from the hosts, who were genuinely lovely. The apartment is spacious, beautifully done in a modern style, and everything is in excellent shape. The shower was fantastic, and you can see part of the mountains from the balcony. Several restaurants are an easy walk away. Highly recommended!

This was our first place to stay on the Juliana Trail, and the location worked perfectly for backpackers, just 150m from the trail. We got a very large, modern, clean apartment at a good price. The owner was friendly and helpful, and there are two restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone hiking the Juliana Trail.

After finishing the third stage of the Julian trail in the rain, we arrived to an incredibly warm welcome. The gentleman served us 4 William's cakes right away, and there were other thoughtful touches too. The family was so hospitable. The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 4 people, with a TV and air conditioning. Begunje is a lovely place with a rich history. I recommend it!
