The service really stood out because everyone was kind and caring. If Marinko S. serves you, you're in luck. He's one of the kindest servers I've met. The hotel is pretty good, but a lot of things are outdated and the prices feel high. For instance, using the hotel gym costs €5 each time, and you don't get complimentary items.
We stayed in a Superior Room (413) from July 19th to 26th, 2025, with two adults and two children. It had air conditioning and a balcony, and was clean, modern, and as expected when we arrived. The pools were mostly pleasantly warm and clean, with no bad smells or hygiene problems, apart from the sports pool. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of buffet choices. Reception, the massage team, and the bar and buffet waiters were all helpful and friendly, thank you! The main disappointment was that the Zora water park and Zala wellness center were closed. Zora's large pools and slide would have been great for the kids, and the wellness center looked like it could have been lovely for relaxing. Room cleaning was another big issue: we had to complain several times because it was either skipped altogether or only done superficially. I hope we were just unlucky and that this isn't usual. This isn't a five-star luxury hotel, but the value, friendly staff, and relaxing setting made for a good stay despite some limitations. We’re confident the spa will be fully open again in the coming years, and we're already planning to return in 2026!
It looks a bit old, but it was still a very nice hotel. There's just one outdoor pool.
The rooms were clean, warm in winter, and nice. Staff were polite and helpful, the food was okay, and the pool was warm and not too crowded. It's not luxury, but it's cozy, family-friendly, and worth what you pay. Hope to come back.
We stayed for three nights after booking and paying almost half the price in advance. We were quoted one amount, but at checkout it was €100 more because, they said, a new employee had made the calculation for two nights. I had mentioned several times by email that we wanted a price for three nights. The rooms were old and unclean. The hotel seems to hold more than 200 guests, but the pool can barely fit 50-60, and more than half of its hydromassage sections didn't work. Aside from the food at breakfast and dinner, everything was arranged very poorly.
