Everything was great, and the celebration was well done. Lunch food is fresh. The Russian buffet is more like standard hotel food, prepared ahead of time. The pools are wonderfully hot and clean. I could teach them how to make Prlek goulash, unless we just got the very last serving...

The food was excellent and there was lots to choose from. The staff were helpful, though they didn’t smile much. The accommodation was clean, with entry through the newer section. The pools are older but looked after, with pleasant water, and the sauna area is nicely done. Shame it’s so far away for us.

The food was good and the rooms were fine. The pools could be a little deeper, though swimming there is enjoyable. It’s a bit far away, but I recommend it.

Terme Banovci was a perfect five for us, and the experience went beyond what we expected. The food, reception, kitchen and cleaning were all at a high level, with friendly, welcoming staff. The pool complex is lovely, especially the outdoor pool, and the water is amazing. The sauna was excellent too, thanks in particular to the sauna masters and their carefully planned programs. I have one suggestion: staff at the pools and saunas could tell guests about the healing effects of Banovci water, so people don’t have to look that up online. It would also be useful to have more contacts for local winemakers, for guests who want to arrange a wine tasting trip themselves.
