The location is mesmerizing, and it’s worth cycling up the hill to stay here. The rooms were clean, the hosts very helpful, and the food was amazing. The mushroom soup was especially good.

We had a triple room, which was clean, good quality, and a nice size. I was travelling by motorbike with my two daughters, one riding her own bike and the youngest riding pillion with me. The host was excellent, got us a cold beer right away, and told us we could put the bikes in the barn. There are plenty of brilliant roads nearby, so this would make a good base for the area.

A good place to rest and relax, with a friendly host and a charging station. The food is very tasty and the portions are huge. I recommend it.

We came for a celebration of Roman days in the field beside the restaurant. It’s a great place for kids, with a playground and lots of open field for running around. The roads up the hill are small, and the place is about 20 minutes from Ljubljana. It can get chilly in the evening, even in midsummer. A lovely spot to get away from the city for eating and drinking.
