The location in the town centre was great, and the rooms were nice with friendly service. We also enjoyed the Slovak wine tasting, the pool table, and the sauna spa. There's even an old mine shaft to visit. I really enjoyed staying here.

The room at Cosmopolitan I. was nice and clean, and breakfast was okay, but the Wi-Fi didn't work. We had booked one night at Cosmopolitan II., only to find the doors locked when we arrived and no one answering the phone number we had been given. A friendly waitress from the restaurant next door tried to reach someone from the Pension too, without success, and suggested we go down the street to Cosmopolitan I. The receptionist there didn't know what was happening either, but eventually got someone on the phone who said we'd been moved from Cosmo II. to Cosmo I. They told us the change was better because we needed parking and Cosmo II. had none. If that's the case, they shouldn't offer the place as if parking were available. We should have been told in advance instead of being sent on a scavenger hunt. Cosmo I. is in a worse location than II.

The living conditions were awful. The view was bad, and the light and noise pollution were unbearable. I only stayed because I'd reserved the room for my entire stay.
