The host was so kind and quick to answer whenever we had a question. The apartment was spotless and just as described, with a modern feel, comfortable beds, and a kitchen that had what we needed. It was peaceful around there, while still close to everything we needed. We'd happily recommend it.

A well-kept place in a central spot. The staff were friendly, and the service was good.

We enjoyed the pool in the spa area. The hotel is in a peaceful spot near the edge of Bratislava, with nice parking. Our room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though nothing fancy.

The Thai massage was excellent, definitely something I'd recommend. Check-in at reception was great, and the rooms are roomy and well laid out. Breakfast has a decent range, and the spa was okay too. In the evening the kitchen is closed, so plan around that. The location worked for me, about 10 minutes by car to the city centre, and taxis are easy to get.

What stood out most was the service. We had a problem with our accommodation, and within an hour the staff had sorted it out by giving us an extra apartment for free. A really generous gesture. The apartments are spacious, breakfast is good enough, and the restaurant serves great food. Bolt is cheap, so the location was fine for us. The spa was good too, with an interesting metal swimming pool in the building across the street.
