I’ll definitely come back next season. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted our March ski weekend, so I got in touch to ask whether we could get a refund or move the trip, even though the booking was non-refundable. They were incredibly kind about it. They must have had loads of messages, but they replied quickly and arranged for Booking to return the money. Wishing them all the best through this period.
The rooms were neat, clean, and well equipped, and there’s space in the cellar for ski gear. But the cafe was shut, so we had to go to the next hotel for breakfast. There’s no reception desk or crew on site, and we got our keys from the maids. All in all, I can recommend it to everyone.
The location was good, and the apartment felt clean. But the beds are stone hard in places, the toilet door handle is broken, and there are no blackout curtains. Worst of all, a step on our apartment staircase was loose. That’s dangerously unsafe.
We were really satisfied with the accommodation. The one thing missing was a star for the restaurant being closed.
Really great.
