Privat pri Hradbach

We had a lovely wedding weekend, then woke up to a really unpleasant surprise. We rarely leave reviews, but we feel these owners and their daughter deserve one. Our car was hit in a very quiet alley, and the driver left the scene. When we confronted them afterward, the people who had witnessed the accident confirmed what happened several times, yet the owners still claimed they knew nothing. Right after the incident, they had been around our car, talking with the direct witnesses and even covering the point of impact with their mittens, but they continued to deny any knowledge of it. At the accommodation, the owner had told us it was safe to park behind their car, that nothing would happen, and that other cars didn’t even drive there. Instead of trying to sort it out like decent, civilized people, they wouldn’t even speak with us. They also refused to provide footage from cameras pointed directly at our car, and we waited almost two hours in 30° heat with a small baby in our arms for the police to be called. The listing says “Free parking,” but it could end up costing you a lot. Our impression of the accommodation was already poor, and it got worse when we found black hairs scattered around the bathroom and a dirty toilet with no seat. We found the owners and their daughter completely lacking in character. Never again. We strongly don’t recommend staying here, even if you have good accident insurance.
