The building is near the center, with parking out front on a dead-end street.

The location is right in the center, and the owner was kind and attentive. He let me park behind the gate because I had a bike rack. My room had a fully equipped kitchenette, was clean, and had a large shower, a clean toilet, and complete privacy. I appreciate this way of providing service. I have no complaints. If someone needs luxury, they should book a five-star hotel; people complain about silly things.

A pleasant, quiet place to stay near the center of Liptovský Mikuláš 👍

The owner was helpful, and the price was good. Parking is on the street. The apartments vary: one has a kitchenette and TV, while another is more like a student room for three, with a wardrobe. It depends which one you get. Several rooms share a toilet.

The room didn't have many sockets, and two of its three light bulbs were burnt out. We waited an hour for replacements. The towels smelled so bad that we couldn't dry ourselves with them. After skiing, we came back cold and wet, but the room only had heaters for winter and the shower water was lukewarm. We also had no way to dry our clothes because the owner said we hadn't paid enough. I wouldn't recommend staying here for skiing.
