A great new house with really big, cozy rooms. It’s just a 9 minutes drive from P1 (parking), making it a perfect base for Jasna Chopok. Easily the best place I’ve found to stay in Slovakia.

There were so many attractions nearby that we didn’t manage to see them all in less than a week. The accommodation really took my breath away. The owner was very nice and showed us around, the rooms were spotless, the facilities were perfect, and the location was amazing. You can cook and grill outside, and the quality was great. We’ll come back if we get the chance.

The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet setting made for a relaxed stay. The garden is very well kept, and it seems the owners really love what they do. The house and rooms were clean, tidy, well maintained, and equipped with what you need to live there. There’s also a very well equipped kitchen, and the owner is really lovely and helps with anything you need. All at a very good price. One thing to know: although Google Maps makes the house look very close to the lake, you can’t count on seeing it from the house because lots of trees block the view. The lake here isn’t that beautiful either, with some building materials factory on the shore spoiling it.
