The owner was friendly and helpful, but they seemed understaffed. One woman handling reception and waitressing just wasn’t enough. The payment terminal was out of order, so we had to pay cash, and I didn’t have any on me at the time, which was a bummer. The breakfast was average and the rooms were clean. The hallway lights were off at night, which felt strange and kind of scary. I don’t think I’d return. I’d look for better value somewhere else.

The staff were helpful, and it’s really close to Liptovska Mara. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I’d suggest putting out one extra portion of everything so guests don’t have to wait. Good value for the price, and I can recommend it.

A good location for exploring: Liptovska mara lake is next door, aqua park Tatralandia is about a kilometer away, and aqua park Besenova is about 10 km away. Liptovsky Mikulas is around 6 km away. For nature and skiing, Demenovska dolina in Low Tatras and the resorts in Jasna are about 20 km away. You can also visit strbske pleso lake in High Tatras, around 50 km away. The accommodation suits singles, couples, and families. Rooms are clean, food is tasty with good portions, and the staff are nice, friendly, and willing to help.

We only ate at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the hotel. The food and service were both okay. Prices felt a bit high for Slovakia and Prague, though that seems to be how things are throughout the area.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and Jasna (Chopok) is nearby. Staff were very kind and helpful, even if things moved a little slowly.
