Dinner was great, so half-board is definitely worth booking, and the bar prices are very reasonable. The rooms are big and comfortable too. It's a great hotel, though the wellness area could use improvement. There was construction going on in August 2025, so I think they'll improve the wellness facilities as well.

This hotel is way overhyped. The food is mediocre, and the wellness is just one jacuzzi that makes your eyes start burning after 10minutes, a steam sauna with one tube that can burn your legs, and a small cold pool. The rooms are small, the balcony is a joke, and the big beds feel like sleeping on rocks. The TV is a small 24 inch monitor with just 4 channels and no Netflix. Breakfast ends at 10AM, the same time as check out, and kids are screaming everywhere. The door locks are a pain too. You have to put your hotel card on the reader, but it doesn't work properly, so each time you go in or out you have to wiggle it around for 2 minutes to lock the door. There’s no option to come early, you just have to wait.

We had an awful stay. The rooms are so noisy that resting seems impossible, with footsteps, voices and even snoring from upstairs coming through. The wooden rooms keep cracking and banging too. We had no water for 4 days, and the pool was useless because the water was so cold. When we arrived, there was no room for us despite having reserved and paid for everything. They admitted it was their mistake and offered us four days in rooms instead of the five we had paid for. Breakfast was supposed to run until 10, but the food was already gone by 9 and they didn't replenish it. They didn't refill the boiling water, honey or juice either. You had to ask, then they'd hand it to you instead of putting it out for everyone. The restaurant was extremely hot, and kids were constantly screaming and running around. The maids came into our room without knocking. One came in while I was asleep and started speaking in a language I don't understand, moved the chair, then left. I was in shock.

The jacuzzi was lovely and warm, and the surroundings were wonderful. Rooms are big and comfortable, and the service is super nice and smiling. They weren't the fastest and got one order mixed up, but I didn't mind. I came to relax, not stress about garlic soup. The food is great, nicely plated, and drinks are cheap. Best hotel.
