Skipension Jasná

A pleasant, clean place to stay.

There’s a big garden at this nice pension.

The view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the location was great. We came as a family of four, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless. The garden is spacious too. But we couldn't grill because the owner doesn't allow it. We enjoy grilling on vacation and had already bought a lot of food for it, so instead we had to drive around looking for somewhere to cook it. One of the hotel's photos shows a fire pit and grill, so I hadn't thought to ask first. If I'd known grilling wasn't permitted, I wouldn't have booked here.

We got no payment receipt or contract. At 4 in the morning, while we were asleep, the owner came at us and started shouting. We had paid 200€ for two nights, plus a deposit, but because of the owner's aggressive behavior we had to leave without getting the accommodation or our money back. The host's attitude was very off-putting. If you have children, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. That kind of treatment isn't humane.
