Breakfast was a real feast, with a big choice of tasty dishes, and the parking is included, which matters to me. The hotel meets all the needs for a stay and breakfast. It’s right in the middle of this small city but very quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom is in good condition. The body wash could be better quality. All the employees were polite and helpful. Definitely a place I’d stay next time. 10/10 for sure.

The receptionist, who looks like Jamie Dornan, was so friendly, and our room was beautiful, spacious, luxurious, and had useful amenities. Breakfast was perfect, with a huge range of delicious options. The seating area was quiet and relaxing, not too busy. We came for the wine festival in February because the location was so central, and it was FABULOUS! We’ll definitely stay again. 11/10

A great, fairly small hotel in Pezinok if all you need is a place to sleep. There are lots of restaurants very close by.

I stayed in a business room, and this was a nightmare. I’m not planning to return. There was mold in the shower, and the worn-out mattresses probably explain why the beds were uncomfortable. The pillow, stuffed with strange bits of something, made me suffer all night. The sheets were itchy and ragged, and the fridge didn’t work. At breakfast, the coffee machine made poor coffee. The buffet had no vegan options apart from a few pieces of bell pepper.

The rooms were very small, and their size didn’t match what was real. The hotel is too old. I spent 21 nights there, and it felt like 21 months. Nothing made me feel excited. The safe didn’t work, and there was a drainage problem with the toilet. You’ll suffer.
