The waitress was lovely and made us feel at home. All three of us thought the meal was worth the money, even though it was expensive. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing too. The staff were so friendly and smiley that they could have made up for a bad meal. I’m not even sure if this is a hotel, since we only came to eat and didn’t stay. I’ll be travelling here again and will definitely come back for food.

The rooms are basic, but clean, functional, and have what you need. There’s free wifi, and the atmosphere is cozy. Downstairs, the restaurant has a proper pizza oven and the pizza was fantastic. For the price, this is the best deal in Poprad. It’s right in the city centre, and the convenience for the cost is hard to beat. Complaints about there being no TV seem silly to me. If TV matters to you, go somewhere else and pay for it.

The tomato soup was delicious, but the pizza was nothing special. The atmosphere was bad. When we wanted to pay at the bar, one waitress was sitting at a table on her phone and the others seemed not to want to see us. The employees seemed afraid to make eye contact.

The reception service was very nice and helpful, and the restaurant was good too, though it gets so busy in the evenings that you should expect a longer wait. I had the English burger and really enjoyed it, and I loved the Tiramisu. The location is splendid, with AquaCity a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are good value and nice, but they’re under the roof, so they can get hot on sunny days. There are stairs up to the beds, which may not work well for very small children. As of 07/2019, payment was cash only.
