The room was huge for two people, with two double beds, a wardrobe area, and a kitchenette. We stayed in a separate building, so getting to reception meant walking outside, but road noise wasn’t noticeable. The staff were friendly, and the clean breakfast and bar area had a nice range of food. The location makes it easy to walk to both the old and new parts of Poprad, and the airport is only about 10 minutes away.

Pension Darinka has been a fantastic place to stay on both of my visits to Poprad, including my most recent one in early February. The quiet setting makes for a peaceful stay, and the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Lenka and her team are welcoming and ready to help. Breakfast has a great range of choices. I’d happily come back.

A lovely, comfortable place and a great example of a family business. It’s very well cared for and clean, with an ozone machine used between guests during the Corona period. Lenka is friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend, you don’t want to miss out! 🙂

We’ve already stayed here three times and plan to come back on our next trip to the High Tatras. The rooms are spacious, and I was amazed by how clean everything was. Breakfast was excellent, the host is lovely, and the dinner we had at the pension was delicious and brought to our room. There’s also parking on site. Such a beautiful place, definitely recommend!

Everything was clean and cozy, and the interior was new and in great condition. Our room’s bathroom was a little small, but it was perfectly usable. Just mind your head when standing up from the toilet! :) Breakfast was good too, with a small buffet that had everything I wanted.
