2/10
The room smelled unpleasant, the towels were dirty, and the sheet was torn. Plaster was coming off in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. There was almost no soundproofing, so every little movement, noise, and conversation from other rooms came through. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made proper rest impossible. We also didn't get the advertised breakfast. A very poor stay, far below any acceptable standard.

The owner was very nice, and our room was clean. We had tasty breakfasts throughout a wonderful long weekend and were really pleased with our stay. It wasn't expensive at all, either. A good choice.
