The scenery is lovely, the rooms are clean, and there's plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. The wellness area is superb, especially the pool and both saunas. The reception staff don't speak English, and there isn't a hair dryer in the room. Without the wellness facilities, I don't think the price matches the quality.

The location near the ski lift was a plus, and the balcony had a nice view. The food was fairly basic but tasty. The hotel itself, though, is badly run down and needs serious repairs. Shower heads, toilet flushers, and lights were broken, and the rooms were generally quite dirty. The pool is very basic for something advertised as a wellness spa. The TV was tiny and ancient, with very few channels and limited functions. Some staff were really nice, but others were unbelievably rude and unfriendly, especially in the canteen. For the steep price, there are better, more modern places nearby.

The location is the one good point. The facilities and rooms are awful and old, with communist-era furniture that hasn't been replaced in 30 years. Staff barely speak English, and wellness and spa access is limited to once a day, with an extra charge after that. For the price, it's very poor value and was a real disappointment.

We had a great view of the ski slopes and Lomnica Peak from our room, and the pool was great. The rooms are clean, though their old furniture and bathrooms could use updating. Food was good, staff helpful, and parking is free, although the area by the main entrance isn't large. The hotel is on the main road and close to the slopes. Cutting through the parking lots makes the ski lifts a short walk away. Worth a visit.
