The views are amazing, and the location makes it easy to head out on lots of hikes. We stayed in September and had some sunny days, with temperatures that weren’t too cold. I loved the hotel :) The spa area was nice, though at times it felt a little crowded. I still enjoyed it every day.

The spa is well worth trying, with different pools, a sauna, jacuzzi, and good massages. We also really enjoyed the half-board meals: breakfast and dinner were excellent, with something different each day. The rooms are lovely, and the mostly female staff helped us a lot. It’s a good base for exploring the Tatra Mountains and nearby ski areas. The hotel also gives you a go pass for Tatralandia and another pool, though getting there is difficult without a car. There are nice restaurants nearby too.

The spa was a real highlight, especially the outdoor massage pool overlooking the mountains. It snowed while we were in the warm water, which felt magical. There’s also a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner are a treat, with an amazing buffet in a beautiful dining hall. The hotel itself is gorgeous and full of heritage, and there are hiking routes into the mountains in every direction. Cable car tickets are included, so we went up to the peaks every day of our stay.

The food was incredible, and we really enjoyed the spa, which was lovely and well kept. My family and I were amazed by the hotel and had a great stay. The rooms felt like stepping back 80 years in a time machine.

We slept wonderfully, and the outdoor pool was a lovely extra. The cocktails were refreshing, and there was a wide choice of tasty food. The rooms were spotless and everything worked perfectly. From checking in with reception to leaving, the whole experience was handled with care. The helpdesk staff were polite, cheerful, and very helpful. I highly recommend it!
