Apartmán LA Martina

We stayed for three months, and the house was in awful shape, dusty and moldy throughout. Hot water came and went. The landlady would sometimes walk in whenever she wanted, even late at night, as if she lived there herself. We left the place clean, but she kept our deposit and came up with different excuses to make us pay each month's rent early. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathroom and toilet were covered in mold, and the whole place was filthy. In the rooms, there was hair, animal dander, dirt, spiders and insects on the floor and around the rooms. Plates still had dried food on them, and there was no dishwashing liquid. The shower water was hard to adjust, and the faucets seemed to have been broken for ages. Blinds were broken in every room, so cars from the nearby main road kept shining into the place. Nothing seemed to work properly. Easily the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. I won't be back.

We got in late at night and probably wouldn't have stayed if we'd arrived earlier. The photos really don't show how dirty it is: dusty, grimy furniture, filthy blinds, and a bathroom covered in dirt. We couldn't tell whether the sheets had even been washed. The equipment was old, but fair enough for the low price. When we spoke to the landlady the next morning, she insisted it was clean, and I've never met anyone so rude. She apparently rents it to workers. Then she wanted our foreign friends to leave positive reviews and give her five stars. The garden could be nice, but sadly it's neglected. A real warning, it's extremely dirty, even for workers.

The photos on the website don't match what we found. The owner misled us when booking: we asked for two separate rooms, but got only one, and had to walk through it to reach the toilet. Insects were coming out everywhere. The microwave was filthy and rusty, and all the dishes were dirty, so we had to wash them on arrival. We didn't want to eat there and bought disposable dishes instead. The furniture might have been okay if it were merely old, but it was falling apart in our hands. Everything was dirty, including the windows and blinds. After paying for three nights, we could barely manage two. We didn't even unpack when we saw the mess. I've never experienced such filth, and I'll write reviews wherever I can so nobody else gets fooled. This apartment should be called La Hrúza.
