A private group of eight can stay for a reasonable €25.00 per night. Each couple gets its own room and luxurious bathroom with a shower, while the ground floor has a shared living room and fully equipped kitchen. There’s excellent staff service and a fabulously styled setting in a secluded spot under the forest, with horses, sheep, rabbits, a cow, and a pig, plus a pond with fish, a small river on the shore, and a stream. The luxurious cottage in Zuberec pod Roháčmi in Orava should suit even demanding guests. After a precious holiday here, it would be hard to get used to anywhere else in Slovakia.....

We spent Christmas in this wooden house and really enjoyed it. Everything was great, from the owners to the surroundings and equipment, and the comfort made the stay even better. It was truly clean, even behind the beds after we pushed them together for the children. Cleanliness gets a 10 with a star. The owners were really pleasant :)

We had a wonderful stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again. The whole family showed us that this kind of place can work in Slovakia too, when people put their minds to it. The atmosphere was fantastic, family-like, and the food was so good and homemade. Staff and owners were kind, smiling, and helpful, and nothing was a problem. Those “trusted company” labels are absolutely deserved. I’m mentally adding another one for us, and keeping my fingers crossed for their continued success! P.S. Wellness pension at Michal's...
