Feedback on the restaurant only. The rooftop was clean and pleasant, and the service was good when I attended a private celebration there. My later visit with family and friends was much less successful. Our waitress seemed unwell, and although she tried, she couldn't keep up with what we needed. Orders were delayed and mixed up, I had to ask several times for our drinks, and some basic menu items weren't available. Management should let sick employees stay home and recover. The manager was pleasant and responded to our few requests. I know restaurants can differ from one location to another, but basic expectations should be easy to meet.

The staff were somewhat friendly, so that's the one reason I'm giving a star. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled like garbage, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Power went out every hour, and the food was inedible apart from the bread. Staff also seemed to look through personal bags when guests were out of the room. Don't trust the pictures.

The room was somewhere in the middle, neither good nor bad, and the beach was right across the road. What really bothered me was the staff. They were unkind and often rude over even small requests, and they made us tourists feel embarrassed.

Weekends get very noisy at night, and I saw cockroaches in the bathroom. There are also some beggars right outside the hotel. Most of the staff were alright, though one receptionist was sullen.

The hotel is right by the beach, just a short walk across the road, though the beach itself is extremely dirty. I really liked the food and the atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious, clean and quite nice. Staff were hospitable, and security around the property felt great. I had an amazing time and would recommend staying here.
