We spent five nights at this new hotel and felt right at home. Simone at the front desk was professional, kind, and attentive, always going out of her way to help with our daily plans and make sure we were looked after. She's a beautiful person inside and out. DJ from Food & Beverage was also so kind and stepped in to help us. He was always smiling and welcoming. It was a pleasure getting to know them both.

During my stay, someone entered my room without permission twice, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was up. The first time, my money, medication, and gifts with great emotional value were stolen, and my personal things had all been searched. I made a formal complaint but got no real solution. They offered 50 €, which was nowhere near enough as compensation, and even questioned whether I had stayed at the hotel. Today, I was in the room with the Do Not Disturb sign still on the door when they came in again without knocking. The lack of security is alarming. It seems they know exactly when and how to do this, leaving guests completely unprotected. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you stay here.

I stayed here in December and had a great experience. The property was clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Kenya was especially great with her customer service and attitude when I met her on her first day on the job. Thanks to her and all the workers. I highly recommend the property, and I'll be back. Keep the place amazing!

I paid for breakfast when I checked in and ate it on the first two days without any issue. On the third morning, they asked for my room number and told me to pay again, even after I explained several times that breakfast was already covered. A staff member watched me closely; after I only had coffee and left, they said I didn't need to pay because I “did not eat,” as if they were doing me a favor. I showed my invoice and explained it multiple times, but they still didn't understand or handle it properly. The hotel charged about USD 1,000 more than the total in my booking. Staff gave me several different, incorrect reasons: a room change that never happened, extra breakfast (four days' breakfast cost only USD 88), a bathtub in the room, and a supposed system update. The system update doesn't seem credible, since my colleague checked in at the same time at a different reception desk and computer without any issue. Neither staff nor I ever got a clear or valid reason for the overcharge. Reception took no responsibility or apologized, and acted unprofessionally, even laughing while giving these explanations. The service and staff were the worst I've ever seen.
