After four years living here, I can only call the experience a catastrophe. We never felt safe: the guards were useless and let anyone in. Maintenance across the residential complex is poor, and the pool isn't looked after properly. In the rainy season, water gets in everywhere. The water supply is also inadequate; they just filled a room with fresh water that comes out of the crane. The whole complex is in really bad shape, and the craftsmen in Dakar they use are as underqualified as they come. Don’t move to Waterfront!

Work is still underway and the place is only half finished. The materials were a very bad choice, with rusted finishes almost everywhere, for example. It could be an excellent property, but it’s falling short.

If you’d rather stay somewhere that doesn’t feel like a hotel, this place is a great choice.
