Rysara Hotel

The room was spacious and well kept, with clean sheets, comfortable bedding, a working air conditioner, and a bathroom that was larger and better designed than in most hotels I’ve stayed at. There was also a small but adequate minibar and a locker. The view wasn’t much, but given the location, I hadn’t expected one. The room did have a couple of mosquitoes and a flying insect, though, and they kept me awake for about half the night. The elevator is tiny and stops with a pretty hard jolt, but the stairs are comfortable. I didn’t explore much nearby, though there was a small shop close by and things seemed within reach. I was there for about a day and a half. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the people were warm, polite, and friendly. The restaurant deserves a mention: the food took a while to arrive, but it was worth waiting for. The taste and especially the portion size were excellent. Staff were helpful and served with a smile. I tried the vegetarian dishes, and there weren’t many options, so I had to make do with what was on the menu. No complaints otherwise. I’d definitely recommend it for business stays and the food. 🙏👍

The whole staff was so friendly, and the food was incredible. I stayed long enough to try a few things from the dine-in menu, and every dish was spot on. The breakfast buffet was really nice too, and the rooms were stellar. I love this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dakar!

The rooms are clean, and the breakfast and dinner are great. It’s a small hotel. I’d recommend it.

The restaurant is good, and the internet connection is good too. I’ve visited a couple of times and really like the large, very clean rooms. There aren’t many TV channels, and breakfast could be better. In general, Rysara hotel is a pleasant, good place to visit.
