The owner is around most days and was really helpful, and breakfast is included. It’s also close to restaurants. This is good budget accommodation in a great spot in Saint Louis, right on the Senegal River waterfront in the old town. The room had air conditioning, mosquito nets, soft beds, and hot showers, and the WiFi was good. Try a donkey cart tour around town. It can fill up for events like the jazz festival, so keep an eye on your booking.

The ocean is right in front of you as soon as you step outside. After cycling from Marrakesh through Morocco and Mauritania, this was the best place we stayed. The room was spacious, the shower worked well, and breakfast with hot milk, cacao, and baguette was just perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through. It’s absolutely worth what you pay.
