We were a group of 50 and had the same wristband as other foreign guests, which we had already paid for. We were allowed into the restaurant for lunch, but at dinner they told us we couldn’t enter, even as we watched other customers with the same wristband go in. The manager’s attitude was very disappointing too. If there was another reason, they could have explained it politely, but all we got was that we weren’t allowed. We felt discriminated against because we are Asian, and didn’t expect racism at a hotel where people come from different countries. I hope this is taken seriously. The manager seemed not to know how to deal with customers or apologize.

Breakfast was probably my favorite part, and the two-story rooms are really nice. Service is alright, though it’s pretty biased toward me since I’m well known. And yeah, THE JIGENS.

The omelettes at breakfast were really good. For the price, the room was okay, though very basic, and I expected a kettle but there wasn’t one. It’s all inclusive, so there’s no à la carte restaurant. You have to eat at the buffet during its serving times. It was about what you’d expect for this price.

The reception service was disastrous, and most rooms are far from the beach. Don’t arrive before check-in or you’ll be left waiting on the street. The same goes if you have a late flight, even in 36-degree heat. Poor value for money, with cheaper, better-quality resorts nearby. I don’t recommend it.

The resort is green throughout, with spacious, clean rooms and cottages, a large pool, and a private beach. The restaurant faces the sea, so the setting is lovely for looking out over the water. Staff are very cooperative, and the internet is good enough. The meeting halls aren’t modern, but they’re acceptable for a tourist resort. There’s no gym, though the big pool and spacious seaside beach area give fitness-minded guests room to do their usual exercises.
