We loved having a pool at this really nice house. Ibrahim was a huge help. Bring mosquito repellent with you!

We ended up changing the reservation, but then the owner called half an hour later to say it wasn’t valid and had been canceled. Before that, the person arranging the rental wanted to move us because the guests already in our villa wanted to extend their stay. We said that didn’t work for us, so we agreed to keep our accommodation and put the other group in the other villa. Then we were told there was a problem with our reservation and we had to change it or lose it. I quickly suspected the current guests had bribed someone, though they apparently had no other solution. Fortunately, I’d already found a backup villa. The owner could otherwise have left us without a place to stay the day before our booking, on another continent. Avoid this place at all costs!
