The evenings around the table were a highlight, with great food that Celine and her team adapted to our dietary requests, and lively conversations with the other guests. We picked Keur Niaye because of its high Google Maps rating, especially the food comments, and it went beyond what we expected. Giles team arranged excursions into the almost untouched delta, led by expert guides and tailored to us, with none of the mass tourism. Senegal at its best.

We spent five nights here and really enjoyed the mix of quiet time and outings. The guest house felt like a peaceful little oasis and had everything we needed to relax. We also went on several excursions with Doudou and the team, learning so much about the Toubacouta region and its people. Celine and Giles were fantastic hosts, and we loved getting to know them.

Those evening feasts were something else, and the area is lovely, with birds everywhere. Celine and Gilles are such wonderful people. We arrived here by accident, but it almost felt like the angels had led us there. It's hard to imagine a better place. A true paradise on Earth. Don't hesitate, I can't imagine finding anywhere better.

The rooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished, and we could easily have stayed longer, with one of the exciting activities to do each day. Celine and Gilles were amazing hosts, and Keur Niaye felt like a beautiful oasis. We had two unforgettable tours with Doudou, an incredible guide who seemed to know nearly every animal and tree. Each evening brought a delicious three-course meal, shared with the hosts, and we learned a lot about the village over dinner.

We loved the peaceful feel of Keur Niaye in Toubacouta. Celine and Gilles and all the staff were wonderful hosts, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
