The people at 2Surf Sunzal made the stay feel personal. Management and groundskeepers were all kind, attentive, and quick to handle requests. The villas also felt very private and safe, with gated access, private car entry, and a secure compound that never felt restrictive. I loved having the ocean in view from so many spots, including the pool, the three-level common area, and our villa terrace. Sunrises over the Pacific and the sunsets were unforgettable. The resort is in Sunzal near El Tunco, close to the surf and beach scene, but it still felt peaceful and restorative. My five days at 2Surf Sunzal were among my best beachfront stays in El Salvador.

John and his staff kept everything running smoothly. They were professional, responsive, and handled things without needing to be asked twice. The guest amenities felt carefully thought out, too. The room was spotless, with clean linens, a comfortable bed, and AC that worked as it should in El Salvador. Outside, the pool was clean and well cared for, with ocean views from both levels of the property. You can take in that view upstairs or relax by the pool. For a well managed, comfortable oceanfront stay, this place delivered.

We arrived to snacks and fresh coconuts, a lovely touch. Our own towels, AC, and complete privacy made things even more comfortable. From grilling on the private balcony to sitting by the pool and watching surfers from the top floor, it all felt special. I stayed with my partner and friends, and we were so grateful for such a beautiful, comfortable place.

The villas were ready to go and fully equipped when we got there. Camila was happy to help with whatever we needed. The spot is prime for getting to the wave, and checking the surf from the surf tower was magical. 2surf and the staff gave us an even better experience than we expected. Highly recommend. Enjoy the surf!

Cami, the manager, was kind and very helpful throughout our stay. The villas are brand new, with a great shared pool and a lovely stretch of beach. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the kitchen is functional and well equipped. A good fit if you want privacy and a calm place to relax.
